This program is laser focused on tackling stress – both your stress triggers and your responses to them. If you already know that your stress level is high (say 7-10 on the scale), then I would suggest starting with this program first. Over the 6 weeks, your Coach guides you through co-developing a personalised and pragmatic stress management plan to elevate your resilience and effectiveness at work and home.
