WHY 90 DAYS?

Spoiler alert…there isn’t a “quick fix” to making a significant life change.  And, we’re not after a quick fix anyhow, because often they do not last.  Instead, what we really want is to achieve  behavioural change that lasts.  Changes like these take a little bit of time to learn and embed into a new way of thinking, living and being.

WHAT TIME DO I GET WITH/FROM MY COACH?

The 6-week and 90-day programs include a weekly one-on-one coaching session with your coach for one hour per week.  Your coach also spends time each week preparing for and debriefing from your coaching session, as well as identifying / researching relevant support materials to share with you.  The “Vision and Strategy” session is a (one) 60-90 minute session.

HOW ARE THE SESSIONS CONDUCTED?

Coaching sessions are usually conducted via online video meeting (e.g., Google Meet or Zoom).  What’s great about this is that it doesn’t matter where you are located, or even if/when in lockdown.  As long as we can find an available time that works for both time zones, we can conduct a coaching session.

IS THE COACH TRAINED AND CERTIFIED?

Yes and Yes!  Your coach has been trained and certified in both Life Coaching and Health Coaching from one of the top rated coaching schools globally, The Health Coach Institute (HCI).  This program is heavily focused on teaching Transformational Coaching Methods to successfully achieve behavioural change, and the program of study is recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

CAN I SET-UP A PAYMENT PLAN?

Absolutely!  We work with you on setting up a payment plan for our 6-week and 90-day programs.  One exception is that one-off sessions (e.g., the Vision and Strategy Session) require full payment prior to the session.
